The 24-year-old gained notoriety for being a pretty white blonde girl who echoed the sentiments of grumpy conservatives and is making quite a career out of them.
However, once people caught wind of her incessant squawking about "the good ole days" during her final thoughts segment, they went into her tweet history and started brutally roasting her for it.
And because she's a consummate professional newscaster, she decided to defend all her old tweets. Yes. All of them. One by one.
One of the most heavily shared of Lahren's old tweets was about her disdain for having to work a job. Something that directly contradicts her "bootstraps" conservative values she's constantly sounding off about.
Lahren says that she's excused for hating work during this period because it referred to her having to hold a job during the summer.
But the one issue she didn't address is the idea that she's just spouting her audience's beliefs right back at them to advance her career.
Past videos of Lahren espousing more neutral political stances and level-headedness emerged.
These college videos suggest that just a short while ago, Lahren clearly isn't the conservative mouthpiece she is now.
It's almost like her beliefs on everything changed.
But even though she was basically called out for being a fraud and liar, it's hard to imagine that her career will suffer.
It's not like it did for this guy.
